This Week

Well I've just been finishing up a comission this week and I've also added some Art Deco Hat Stands to my website. The commission is a copy of my Georgian lady Tutorial that's on my website.

I thought I'd add a picture of a doll I made a couple of years ago from a Marcia Backstrom doll kit of a 1950's lady drinking her cocktail.

I'm starting on a Worth evening gown next, I will try and add pictures as I go along.

Art Deco Hat

Happy New Year to everyone, I've been playing with some doll torsos over the last couple of days and created these two ladies.
I thought they would look good in an Art Deco shop or room, very simple to make and in the February issue of Artisans in Miniature I will show you how.

Busy Week

Well I'm sure everyone is up to their eyeballs in Christmas preparations, it been a very slow week dollmaking wise this week, I finished my last commission on Monday and now thinking about what to do next.

I've recently signed up on Facebook and been amazed at how many Miniaturists there are on there showing their work.
